Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping: Cover orders ship via United States Postal Service with tracking for a flat fee of $5. It usually takes 2-4 business days to receive your order.

Sometimes USPS scans a package as delivered from their truck shortly before it is actually delivered with the rest of your mail. This will trigger the "delivered" email before it's actually been delivered. Please wait until your mail arrives the following day before contacting us, as USPS will not accept a claim until 48 hours after a delivery has been scanned. Usually the package does arrive safely and correctly.

Please email orders@coverswim.com or reply to your order confirmation email if USPS does not deliver to your address.

Exchanges: We do not manually facilitate exchanges due to the nature of changing inventory levels. You will be issued store credit to place a new order after your returned item has been received and inspected. The cost associated with sending the unwanted item(s) back to us is not covered.
