What is your shipping policy? 

Cover orders ship via USPS with tracking. We work diligently to be sure orders are sent out same day or next day, depending on order time and pickup time. Orders ship from Dallas and usually arrive within 2-4 days. Please email orders@coverswim.com if USPS does not deliver to your address.

What if I need to return an item?

We offer store credit within 7 days of receipt for unworn, full-priced items with tags and liners still attached. We will issue a gift card that you will receive via email once the return has been processed. Gift cards are valid for one year. Discounted items and accessories are final sale. Full details about our exchange-only policy can be found in the return portal (here). Because we sell swimwear, this is a very strict policy that a customer must agree to via checking a box before the system will allow checkout.

Where do you ship? 

We only ship to locations within the United States.

How do I contact you? 

Please do not contact us about returns. All policy details and instructions are laid out very clearly at coverswim.com/returns.
